That’s me flying a couple of weekends ago!  It is a wonderful feeling of accomplishment once you get the hang of it.  You should try this while it is HALF OFF right here on our website.  No one is too old, too heavy, or too sedintary!  It makes you feel free!  I loved it.

Murphy’s microphone went out this morning while we were on air, so he had to move all of the studio mic’s around so we could finish show   

One of my favorite TV shows in on tonight, it’s 24. Now that Jack Bauer is very cool! In fact, I wish I was him. Another guy I’d like to be is Michael Weston of Burn Notice. I’m pretty sure my wife would also want me one of these’s guy. What TV character would you like to be?

I helped Reggie River’s host Denver’s Health Nightshine Gala and it was an amazing event!!  Garth Brooks is not only an amazing singer, but also a down to earth, amazing person.  Along with Troy Aikman, they opened the Child Life Zone at Denver Health.  The Zone helps children who are hospitalized with serious illenss understand what’s happening to them with therapist.  It also gives them an opportunity to be a kid and just play.  

Sharon Magness Blake and Jean Galloway put on an amazing event and helped raise so much money for Denver Health.  Find out more by going on to www.denverhealth.org

I went to a kick off for the new season at the Comfort Dental Ampitheatre…yes no longer Fiddler’s Green.  It was a great time…..the Tooth Fairy and Mr. Tooth were there.  We called the Pepsi Center “the Can” when it first opened.  Think we will call the ampitheater… The Tooth…

I love the weekends, I can catch up on stuff that I miss out on during the week.  I guess that’s what we all do, right?  I have heard so many great things about the movie “Julie and Julia,” so I decided to sit down and watch today.  I loved it!  It’s an adorable movie that really made me smile  It is a charming movie that makes you giggle.  Wait a minute…I just said giggle!  Am I a school girl in pigtails or what??
