Alan LeBoeuf..Paul McCartney…from..When We Were Fab
Last Friday a bunch of us went to the New Denver Civic Theatre on Santa Fe to see the show….When We Were Fab. If you love the Beatles you will love this show. These four guys can really sing and sound like the Beatles. The show is there until the end of June…check it out. This is a picture of Alan LeBouf who plays Paul and sound great!

Yes, I'll bring home milk!
I was driving home the other day and I couldn’t help notice how many people were on their cell phone. What’s everybody talkin’ about? Maybe it’s me, maybe I don’t have many friends, however I do have 234 on Facebook, but do I really want to talk to most of those people? Maybe, it’s because I talk on the radio for a living, but I just don’t have that much to say. I understand that you have business calls to make from time to time, but as I look at the other drivers, it doesn’t look like a business call. They’re laughing and smiling, that usually doesn’t happen on a business call. When I am talking on the cell it’s usually pretty quick. “How ’bout those Nugget’s?, yea, they looked great last night, let’s see what happens in LA”….”OK…..gotta go”. That’s all I got!!!
I’m seen people in all kinds of situtation’s talking on their phone, but the other day I was driving don Gun Club Rd(is there really a gun club around) in Aurora and a guy was driving a huge tractor. Now I’m seen it all!
The tooth fairy brought him $5…..I need to start pulling my teeth and putting them under my pillow.
Mr. Moviephone is going to be on with us today to give us dirt on “Another Night at Museum”…..hope its good

Jackie, Kay, Sheila
Hi! This is Sheila – I’m taking over Jackie’s blog for today. The life of a DJ is a hard one – 6 hour work shifts, massages, schmoozing with famous people, eating at fancy restaurants, fighting off paparazzi….well, you know what I’m talking about. She’s just a little too busy to “blog”.
OK, no, not really. I offered to write about our WONDERFUL evening we had. I’m one of those geeks that hear the word “blog” and my spine straightens, my ears perk up and my eyes sparkle with excitement. Yeah – I’m a geek and I’m proud. But, I digress…
We then went over to the Black Pearl for dessert. Oh. My. Goodness. First of all, the desserts were phenomenal. However, all that sugar really turned Jackie into “on” mode. Somehow the topic was switched to me and my personal life…..which she proceeded to text message to her friend. While laughing. And taking pictures on her phone. And sending those to her friend too. I must say though – it was a GREAT night! And Jackie is one great woman – even if she is a DJ.
I know we are all excited about this weekend. The unoffical start of summer is what we think…3 days off. It’s about men and women who have died for us defending our country and what it stands for. Take a moment over your long weekend to give thanks for what they have given us. Attend the parade downtown on Saturday at 10am. Head over to Logan cemetary where many service men and women are buried. They always have a special ceremony. The least you can do is remember to fly your flag all weekend long. It’s great to have the family around, to have that picnic. Just remember that it is Memorial Day…more than just a long weekend..
Today is the day they jump over tires, toss rings, race and play tug of war….it’s field day!! I love this day, it’s so much fun watching the kids. They are so proud to show mom and dad what they can do with the rest of the class. I just hope it doesn’t rain
Rocked!! Fergie and Black Eyed Peas were SO good!! Chris is going to be a major country star, like Carrie Underwood. Even if he doesn’t win, he will have a great career.
I loved it when Kara got on stage and sang with bikini girl….she can sing!!
