Did you ever experience some event in you life and then later wonder if it ever happened at all? Probably not because your guys are normal. Well, the other morning I’m driving to work, it’s 3am. I drive the same way everyday, which takes me past the grocery store we shop all the time. I look over and there must 6 fire trucks with the red lights all going, 4 police cars with the lights all going. I’m thinking the store is burning down as it did a few years ago. I didn’t see any flames or smoke as I drove past. The next day I go to the store, it appears to be fine. I start asking some of the employees that I know about what happened, to a person they didn’t know what I was talking about. They looked at me like I was from another planet!! Then I began to wonder….did I really see what I thought I saw…..or do I need to get more sleep!! It was so strange…..

Judi’s House
Posted in: Uncategorized
I hosted an event last night with Brian Griese and Bill Mosher for Judi’s House. A wonderful place here in Denver that was started by Brian 5 yrs ago. Judi’s House is a place where kids 3-18 yrs old can go for help grieving after losing a family member, both Brian and Bill lost their mom when they were 12 yrs old.

Eating pizza, drinking diet coke and watching the Oscars…aahhhhh! Okay, my favorite dress so far is Heidi Klum’s! It’s only the beginning, so that may change by tomorrow morning.

Last Sunday I was up at the Broomfield events center for a Susan G. Komen fund raiser with the Rocky Mountain Rage. Thanks to Jennifer Reifman of the Rage I got to drive their Zamboni machine…what fun. I took Carol ,who is a Breast Cancer survivor, my granddaughter Caelee and Carrie my daughter. Between the first and second period they formed the Breast Cancer ribbon on the ice with all the survivors. The players all wore special jerseys which were auctioned off after the game. It was special time.. nice job Rocky Mountain Rage.

It’s hard to believe but my granddaughter is turning 4 today. I was talking to Caelee yesterday and I asked her what she wanted for her birthday. Without hesitating she said a new bathing suit and I want to go bowling. Well you know old PaaPoo will go out today a find her a bathing suit…..somewhere. I think we will do the bowling thing this weekend. But how does a 4 year old think like that?
